Rollology Group Class
Great for beginners and all levels.
This class is available both online and in-person. Online clients will receive a Zoom link & the recording of the class, good for 6 days. Client must notify the studio if taking online, to receive a Zoom link.
In-studio maximum of 5 people in class.

ROLLOLOGY™ is for all ages, body types and athletic levels. This is a slow paced class utilizing the ROLLOLOGY roller. Rollers are high density at 36", and available at the studio. If you love your Rollology roller, you may purchase one at the studio. Mats are available for use in-studio, or you may bring your own to class! Tone-y band weights are available for use in-studio.

Open level class. All are welcome. Workout in a small group of 3 in this class. Utilizing the Contrology Cadillac, & Contrology Tower units, along with the mat. The pilates system will be the basis of the work out, moving your spine in every direction. Learn how to properly setup the equipment, how to use the resistance of the springs to aid or challenge your workout, & proper placement of the spine and pelvis. Walk out taller, and feeling better!
